Real Estate Solutions of Alaska, LLC (RES) provides an alternative solution for Regal North clients in the Anchorage area real estate market. We offer premiere, full-service residential and commercial property management. Our time tested property management system has successfully served this area for the last 15 years. We know and understand the unique needs and challenges of property owners in the Last Frontier.

Our experienced staff of professionals is committed to carefully managing all the details that make the difference through all phases of the management cycle. The RES staff has over 65 years of combined experience in property management, approximately 27 years of combined experience in business management, financial oversight, auditing, analysis and 15 years of marketing experience. We currently maintain over 300 apartment units, residential homes, and over 90,000 square feet of Class A downtown office space.

24 Hour a Day Maintenance Servicing

(Licensed-Bonded-Insured)

RES maintains its own qualified maintenance personnel that will respond to all building emergencies on a 24-hour basis. Outside of normal business hours, 9am - 5pm, we employ a professional answering service that will relay all calls to our maintenance supervisor.

RES is fully licensed, bonded and insured; providing general contracting and building improvements along with our regular maintenance for all of our managed and non-managed properties.

We can perform a wide range of services, including:

3 Options of Servicing

#1: Leasing Only (Residential or Commercial) We will find the right tenant for your property while you do the managing.

#2: Leasing and Maintenance We will maintain your property including all work orders requested by tenants, rent collection and monthly reports to the owner along with a check of all remaining rent collected after expenses.

#3: Leasing, Maintenance and Bill Pay This option has been specifically designed for investment property owners including owners that do not reside in Alaska and require a local presence to manage property. All leasing, tenant and maintenance concerns along with all financial expenses related to the property are maintained on a monthly basis.
